Your mission
This is an exciting fully lab-based role in which we are looking for a scientist with an immuno-oncology and pharmacology background. This role entails utilising innovative ideas for assay development to identify pathway biology of novel drug targets. Making use of a wide range of cellular, immunological, biochemical, molecular biology and functional genomic approaches, such as CRISPR/Cas9, you will validate drug targets and novel therapeutic agents including ADC’s.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and perform experiments aimed at oncology and fibrosis target discovery and validation.
- Contribute to ongoing research on oncology and fibrosis drug discovery projects.
- Establish different robust cell-based assays aimed at target discovery, MOA validation and drug screening.
- Establish and maintain mono and co-cultures of primary cells and cell lines.
- Independently analyse, interpret, report and present results.
